Lorain County Community College is proud to announce the availability of the Ralph J. Smith Memorial Scholarship. This award ($500 if funds allow) is intended to support Lorain County Community College second-year students majoring in the College’s Public Administration Program. Students should have a 3.0 GPA and be eligible for the capstone course (practicum internship – PBAD 285). To be considered for this scholarship, applicant must have completed a minimum of 21 hours in the Public Administration Degree Program and be ready to enroll in and complete PBAD 285. Students awarded the scholarship will receive the funds upon successful completion of the course.
