Lorain County Community College is proud to announce the availability of the The Joan and Cecil Reaser Scholarship. This award will fully fund tuition and the cost of books for the selected applicant to obtain their Associate Degree at Lorain County Community College. Funded by The Dan and Mila Reaser Family Foundation, it is the intent that the Scholarship will alleviate the burden of working full time while attending college so that the selected scholarship recipient will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in college and advance through higher education.
